A Capacity Building and Awareness Workshop on Resource Efficiency and Cleaner Production for MSME units was organized on January 08, 2019, at Association Hall, South Gujarat Textile Processors Association (SGTPA), Surat, Gujarat under GEF-WB-BEE project. The workshop was organized in association with SGTPA for Surat Cluster.

Experts from BEE, SIDBI and various technology vendors and suppliers and office bearers of various institutions and industry associations like SGTPA, CETPs in and around Sachin, Pandesara, Palsana and District Industries Centre (DIC) etc graced the event. Representatives from various MSMEs who attended the workshop showed enormous interest to improve their energy efficiency and take advantage of technical support available for implementing resource efficiency projects.
